Development of strategy and mechanisms for promoting Karcher products through other online channels (pure players, market places);
Create and upload a best-in-class e-commerce content according to Kärcher CI;
Optimize the ordering and delivery process together with the logistics dept.;
Implement a review management process together with service department;
Daily identification of content changes, out of stock situations, overstocks, bad reviews etc.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
Bachelor’s degree in the area of business administration, business engineering, digital marketing or similar.
E-commerce specific knowledge would be an advantage.
1-3 years of experience in online sales and key account management or similar.
Preparation of management reports.
Experience in performance marketing.
Great attention to detail.
Uzbek and Russian languages.
English at a negotiation level.

Твои WOW задачи:
1. Анализировать рыночные тренды и точки роста, принимать активное участие в анализе динамики продаж и предлагать возможности роста;
2. Устанавливать контакты с новыми торговыми партнерами и укреплять связи с существующими;
3. Принимать активное участие в организации и оценке результатов рекламных акций и активностей;
4. Вносить предложения по оптимальному ассортименту в ТТ, в том числе оформление РОР материалами и эстетично сгруппированными;
5. Тесно взаимодействовать с торговыми партнерами, для формирования заказа на периоды и обеспечения постоянного наличия необходимого ассортимента на полках и складе ТТ;
6. Контролировать доставку товаров торговым партнерам и их дальнейшее распространение;
7. Активно работать с возражениями, принимать участие в процессах гарантийного сервисного обслуживания и приема возвратной продукции;
8. Нанимать, обучать и мотивировать команду продавцов-консультантов на достижение поставленных целей;
9. Организовать мониторинг и контроль за соблюдением графика работ, выполнением конкретных объемов работ в рамках установленных стандартов качества;
10. Разрабатывать и корректировать критерии оценки эффективности работы продавцов-консультантов;
11. Анализировать и контролировать качество обслуживания клиентов продавцами-консультантами;
12. Предоставлять “обратную связь” продавцам-консультантам по качеству их работы, контролировать эффективность их мотивации;
13. Проводить собрания продавцов-консультантов, обсуждать и помогать решать проблемы, возникшие в ТТ;
14. Проверять обеспеченность работников материально-техническими, информационными ресурсами, необходимыми для выполнения возложенных на работников обязанностей, принимать меры по предотвращению простоев, аварий, временных остановок работы;
15. Готовить отчеты о качестве работ, выполняемых подчиненными работниками, о выполнении задач, о причинах, приведших к как к росту также и к спаду и представлять их вышестоящему руководству;
16. Обеспечивать правильный документооборот.
Твой WOW опыт:
–Средне-специальное/незаконченное высшее образование, опыт в аналогичной должности от 1-3 лет.
–Уверенное владение устным и письменным Узбекским и Русским языком (знание Английского приветствуется).
–Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office, Google Workspace).
–Наличие водительского удостоверения категории «В» и водительский стаж не менее 2-х лет.

This is how you WOW:
Organization of the work of the service center from the start;
Organization of work on service maintenance of sold Karcher products (including warranty);
Establishment of service processes (repair, spare parts replenishment, service contracts etc.) / Process management /continuous improvement process;
Responsibility for turnover and profitability results within the profit center service.
Representation of the company vis-à-vis the authorities with regard to necessary certificates/approvals referring to customer service;
Key Account Management (KAM) together with sales;
Participation in the machines installations, repairs and maintenance of all types of Kärcher professional equipment, including floor care machines, vacuum cleaners and pressure washers.
Participation in demonstrations and trainings
Preparation and control of service documentation in 1C
Comprehension of customer needs and consultations
Building positive relationships with customers
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
Technical education.
Experience in Aftersales Management: minimum 5 years
Leadership experience will be an advantage
Strong negotiation skills
Driving license category "B" and driving experience min 2 years
English upper-intermediate level
Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Knowledge of foreign languages: Uzbek, Russian, English
